Well done! What did you have to change? I would have thought that recompiling would have been enough? To avoid confusion, please do not use the term "ARM 7" in this context but ARMv7. The terms "ARM6", "ARM7", etc. usually refer to processor families whereas ARMv6, ARMv7 etc. refer to ARM architectures. The ARM7 processor family was introduced in 1994 and implements the ARMv3 architecture. All versions of SparkFS and OvationPro run fine on the ARM7 processor family (e.g., on the ARM710 processor as found in the RiscPC 700).
