Do I have the latest? I haven't looked.
The obvious time to save the window size is when saving as default -
but the view size is not in the actual default SS doc, so a separate
concurrent action would be needed, else add an additional menu item -
save document view size. Maybe the latter is needed anyway, since it
would be easy to do a save as default when the view size had been
temporarily changed for some reason.
