Yes, but it is very seldom. Mostly it happens when more than one document is open and you go from one document to the other, especially when switching fast between windows. I tend to follow David Pillng's cofidence in the applet. Whether it is OvPro that gets indigestion or simply the computer not being able to follow all key presses or suddeenly busy with an interrupt (as happens whith automatic updates of a anti-virus prpgram) is anybody's guess. Generally closing down one document and reopening cured the problem. Only once did I ever have to close down OvPro and restart anew. I've seen this happen on RiscOS (Iyonix and VRPC) and windoze. I should mention that especially with RiscOS I tend to have many programs active.
