Yes to all.
Ovation Pro for Windows is available as try before you buy, so you can
get the latest version from my web site and try it out and see if it is
useful.
It will load Ovation Pro for RISC OS documents - see the relevant page
in the documentation. As Tony Todd should have said OPro RISC OS
documents have extension .dpd on Windows.
