I thought just for the fun of it I'd attempt a small scale reconstruction
of a part of my OvPro document on the Win side with other apps.
After messing about a bit I decided to use Libre Office 5 for the job.
As has been mentioned Libre Office is really a word processor.
If you want to play some more with a DTP package you could try Scribus

You probably stand a better chance with either of these.
