Usually with an app the question is, why does is scroll so slowly.
Being an awkward sod... Mine is the opposite. :-/
In OvPro when re-editing a document, I use the Select some text, hold for
the blue box (I don't know the technical term for the Blue box) then drag
to move or copy to a new position in the document.
The problem is, in a long document the scroll starts to whizz at such a
speed it's at the end of the document before I can blink... And I wanted
somewhere in the middle...
I there some setting to slow the scroll speed?

Yes I'm aware I could use copy and paste, but that's not my question ATM.
