[Snip] This is something I do quite often using Win Ovation Pro. As Jeremy notes you have a virtual printer installed, in my case PDFCreator (From Sourceforce, http://www.pdfforge.org/download latest version 0.9.9) This can then be selected from the Ovation Pro Print dialogue window in the same way you'd select a harware printer, and that's it. And as Jeremy also notes, once installed, the Virtual printer is available to print a PDF from almost any Windows application.
