Previously she was using sexless quotes, but now using OvPro has taken to
using sexed quotes.
There is a quotes applet, it lets you turn on and off the automatic
entry of sexy quotes as you type. It will let you add or remove them to
a marked block of text.
The other thing to know is that there is a choices option Text->smart
quotes which controls just sexy quotes on text file import.
