The default line size is different to the default border size. The
default border size is hard wired as 1 mm.
All I have to offer is the idea have a document in which you hold frame
designs you often use, and then drag and drop them when you need such a
frame.
We set off with choices for things, and then at some stage I thought it
was better to use the default document to contain default values for
things - because it meant not having another interface.
Traditionally only the master pages in the default document do anything,
so my idea was to use the document pages.
That might be a way around the problem, although it starts to sound a
bit cryptic. Or one could use the default line size.
