It's a 1.45 Mbyte jpeg.
Next slot on RISC OS 6.20 is 10 Mbytes
Free Pool is 108 Mbytes.
Opens with CFSI okay. Opens in Variations okay, and even DrawWorksXL
Jpegs when transferred to PC side open in PaintShop Pro okay.
If I revert back to DPLngScan 1.25 then the Jpeg opens okay.

Done some testing:
RPCEmu 0.8.15 ROOL RISC OS 5.23 DPLngScan 1.25 displays Jpeg okay.
RPCEmu 0.8.15 ROOL RISC OS 5.23 DPLngScan 1.27b fails to displays Jpeg
with error: "Insufficient memory (case 4)"
RPCEmu 0.8.15 RISC OS 6.20 DPLngScan 1.25 displays Jpeg okay.

Real hardware, SARPC RISC OS 4.39 DPLngScan 1.27b displays Jpeg okay.
