Have you tried using the "Ubuntu Software Centre"? That is the folder With a
big A on it.
I am sure that Wine and other Wine bits can be found and installed from there.
Searching for 'Wine' in the Software Centre search box does indeed find
Configure Wine, which is what you want, I think.
Also worth, by the looks of it, trying out Wine Tricks and Browse C: Drive.
