On top of other reasons already stated, it has to be remembered that we
are now in the summer holiday season and many people are away.

It could never have been any more than a straw poll anyway (but much
appreciated for all that) and was, I think, a positive result: every
response was in favour of ongoing development, including at a price, and
there aren't all that many things in this world where such could be
said...
