[softwarelist] OP Win and a PNG

Really don't understand...
I have a .png graphic file created in a Win PC application, the background
is transparent (reason thus for a PNG).
Loading that into OvPro for Windows and the transparent background is now
Black.
Loading it in to any other Win app that'll take it, the transparency
remains intact, or it becomes white.
(Not what I want, but I guess white is better than Black.)
??
I have no idea.
