I am beginning to doubt my sanity.
Procedure is : ctrl-shift-F12; when machine has shut down press reset
(left) button. After reboot run DPScan. Load (the same) jpeg.
Immediately save as sprite. Out of 15 cycles, only 2 did *not* give a
type 5, numbers 2 and 6.
I think the time for random playing is over!
