Xara does not even read single page ArtWorks files.
However, your suggestion t also relies on ArtWorks reading OvationPro 
files and it relies on Quark reading Xara files and none of these 
assumptions is correct.

The only theoretical route from OvationPro to Xara is via PDF and that 
would not involve ArtWorks. Simply print to PDF from OvationPro and 
import into Xara. But what then?

The whole thing really boils down to the question of what Quark can 
import. As long as we have not established that, everything else is 
pointless guesswork.
