You can copy and paste chapters - copy the chapter, paste after the
original. Then insert a new chapter between the two.
Yes, then copy/move and paste bits of text and graphics manually from the
bottom part of the first chapter into the third chapter.
That's the longhand tedious way... :-(
Not what I'm after...
I'm looking for an easy way to insert a new chapter in the middle of an
existing chapter. :-(
