Free Public Movement Workshops from the Watching Dance Project: London and 
Manchester
 
Moving Together: Connecting through DanceSunday 20 March at The Lowry, Pier 8, 
Salford Quays, M50 3AZ, 12 noon
Led by senior dance movement psychotherapist, Dr Bonnie Meekums, this workshop 
is based on neuroscience and dance movement psychotherapy, and is aimed at 
developing an understanding of how dance movement can help deepen relationships.

Mirror Neurons: Movement Learning in the Wink of an Eye Friday 25 March at 
Laban, Creekside, London SE8 3DZ, 2 - 3.30pm
Workshop with physical therapist Professor Glenna Batson. In an atmosphere of 
play, participants will explore how simple movement sequences readily convey 
the 
phenomenal qualities of embodied, shared action.
