Note: The Ascension system can interface with MaxMSP and other
software via a serial port. It provides very fast and very accurate
6-DOF tracking (x/y/z and three axes of rotation). I have used it in
several projects, and it works extremely well. It can be used as for
conducting, as multiple 3D joysticks, for motion capture and much
