[CVARC] 10 meter tests 11/12 @ 8:30 PM, 28.450 MHz USB

We will be running informal 10 meter test communications on 28.450 MHz USB for 
the next three Sunday evenings. The net will begin at approximately 8:30 PM, 
after the CVARC net on 146.625/145.47/146.82 ends.

The purpose of these tests will be to see how well we can use 10 meter SSB 
simplex to communicate across Vermont. Please join us and contact any hams that 
you hear on that frequency.  Last week we were able to communicate reliably 
across 25+ miles. We hope to have hams from the Burlington, Rutland, and 
Barre/Montpelier regions all on the frequency.  

Future tests are planned for 6 meter SSB and 2 meter SSB.
