I did have some problems with, for some reason, the wrong
permissions on some files so ASSP couldn't read or write. Don't ask

There is something not working around the localDomains or something
I don't understand - I never did get the LDAP lookups to work nor
can I seem to get the SMTP VRFY to work either. Our accounts don't
change much so it isn't a big deal.
Make sure that you have EIMS set to allow VRFY
