Dennis,
Clearly Americans want Congress to get to work and vote on term limits!
People from across the country are signing the petition urging the House to
vote on H.J.Res. 12.
If you haven't done so yet, please sign the national petition demanding
Congress vote on term limits.
In a previous email we incorrectly referenced a senate bill number. The
resolution was just officially filed and is House Joint Resolution 12. All
petitions refer to this bill and will be delivered to the House.
You can read the actual resolution by clicking here.
But please remember to sign the petition yourself and to ask everyone you know
to do the same.
The American people deserve to know where their representative stands on this
one issue that Republicans, Democrats and Independents all support.
Term Limits shouldn't be controversial. There is no reason not to vote on H.J.
Res. 12!
