As you hopefully saw, the packet is out. Without details, the subscribing to
the list hit a last minute snag, so I'm going to have all subscription request

If you are getting this message, you have already been subscribed and are
already a "preapproved" poster. If anyone else from the team sends a message
to this list, I will have to approve it before it goes out. This is the heart
of a moderated list to try to keep down the "me to" or other e-mails going out
to 100s of folks.
As a preapprover, that means your messages will go out immediately. Please be
very careful not to respond to the list when you meant to respond to only one

Coaches, you can feel free to send out announcements or allerts here as needed.
I plan to work with Coaches and the board and see if we can't get a "weekly"
e-mail on Sun/Mon/or Tue that will be a review of the past week, summary of
upcoming items, and anything out necessary to try and have a regular targeted
communication (but we'll work on that detail as we get closer to June).
Folks will like start getting on this list tomorrow, so we should be hopefully
be able to use before our parents meeting.
In keeping with the spirit of a moderated list, if you have any questions,
please reply, remove the team alias, and put in my email
(john.f.hutton@xxxxxxxxx). :-) For board members, the cst_2014_board list is
still for us only so continue to use that one to keep anything the board needs
to know about going.
