Corporate Services Administrative Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking diverse
responsibilities. Reporting to the Manager of Administration and Human
Resources, you will provide professional administrative support in
monitoring the performance of the section. You will also manage the daily
activities of the CAO/Secretary-Treasurer. You will assist with minute
recording and transcribing, MFIPPA requests, Human Resources, promotional
materials and Reception. Eligible candidates will have a diploma in Business
or related field, and 5 years related experience working with senior
management. Excellent communication skills are required. A valid Ontario
Driver's Licence is required. This is a permanent full-time position. Salary

Lands and Reforestation Assistant
We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated, individual to work in our
Land Management and Stewardship Services department, responsible for
assisting with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of NVCA
facilities, lands, and reforestation. Reporting to the Director, you will
provide assistance with grounds maintenance including grass cutting, tree
planting, and the collection of water samples. You must be able to work in
fast paced, multi-tasked environment with minimal supervision. Excellent
communication skills and a valid Ontario Driver's Licence is required. Small
Water Works Certification would be an asset. This is a permanent full-time

Environmental Officer
We are seeking an experienced professional for a 13 month contract.
Reporting to the Director of Planning, you will be responsible for the
implementation of the environmental regulations under the Conservation
Authorities Act including processing permit applications conducting site
inspections, and inquiries related to unauthorized works. A Diploma in
Environmental Studies or Environmental/Civil Engineering is required.
Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation would be an asset.
Excellent language skills are required. You must be have a valid Ontario
Driver's Licence. This is a 13 month contract, with the possibility of an

Watershed Monitoring Technician
This is a 2 month contract, with the possibility of an extension. The
successful candidate will undertake field and office tasks in support of
NVCA stream flow, biomonitoring, groundwater and water quality programs.
Related Diploma/Degree and experience in watershed monitoring is required.
You must have a valid Ontario Driver's Licence. Hourly rate, $12.00.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detailed oriented individual to work
with our Land Management & Stewardship Services team. This is a 2 month
contract, with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate
will be responsible for auditing approved healthy waters projects within the
Authority's watershed while promoting the use of best management practices
for the protection of water quality, restoring aquatic habitat and the
improvement of watershed stream health. Related Diploma/Degree and
experience in natural resource management is required. You must have a valid
Ontario Driver's Licence. Hourly rate, $12.00.
