Hello all CSEB members,

I have just completed a report for Save the Rouge/City of Toronto related to
the OMB hearing in Richmond Hill concerning the Oak Ridges Moraine lands that
were (mostly) swapped by the Province. The report is titled 'Natural Heritage
Planning for Amphibians and Their Habitats'. This may be of use for planners
and biologists unfamiliar with amphibians.

Also, Jim Dougan of Dougan and Associates has his evaluation of urban impacts
and natural heritage system planning, and a critique of the 'environment first'
development of the build out of the town of Oak Ridges on the same page for
those interested.

Please find the report in Adobe .pdf format at
http://www.city.toronto.on.ca/moraine/reports.htm
