I just received this notice from the Left Forum
After conferring at length and considering the conditions at our venue,
Long Island University in Brooklyn, as well as travel constraints and
Governor Cuomo’s recent ban on large gatherings, board members and staff
together have decided to cancel the Left Forum 2020 conference originally
scheduled for May 29-31, 2020. We at Left Forum are committed to ensuring
the health and well-being of the conference participants, the public and
our supporters. We have begun planning for events later this year and next.
We ask that you check our website and assure you that we will be in
touch soon.
