Hi comrades,
The TIC and our CSEW UFT fraction are having an online forum Saturday.   It
would be great if you could join us, and speak in the discussion, as we all
have a lot to say about the last 18 months in our teaching lives.  Can you

Trabajadores Internacionales Clasistas and Class Struggle Education Workers

invite you to an online forum and discussion Saturday, September 18 at 4
p.m. for teachers, students and parents to speak out for safe, quality,
integrated education for all.

For the last year and a half, we have been through it. Remote? Doesn't
work. Multiple tech platforms, trying to learn and teach from home, parents
struggling to help their kids while juggling jobs. And all with the threat
of the COVID pandemic. Black, Latino, immigrant and homeless students have
been particularly hard-hit. Now we're back in class and many are worried
about how to make up for lost time. Join a discussion on how to ensure
quality, integrated education for all students. Mayoral dictatorship has
got to go - the struggle for safe reopening highlights the urgent need for
union-led teacher-student-parent-worker control of the schools.

A Zoom link invitation will be sent out Saturday.
