The first SSGN in the video is actually the Minnesota (which is an Ohio
class SSBN), not the Georgia. These SSGNs are converted from the original
Ohio-class SSBNs which carried 24 Trident variants.
As to being able to deploy a SEAL team, there's special hardware required -
"The missile tubes also have room for stowage canisters that can extend the
forward deployment time for special forces. The other two Trident tubes are
converted to swimmer lockout chambers. For special operations, the Advanced
SEAL Delivery System<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_SEAL_Delivery_System>
and
the Dry Deck Shelter <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dry_Deck_Shelter> can be
mounted on the lockout chamber and the boat will be able to host up to 66
special operations sailors or Marines, such as Navy

or USMC <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USMC>
MARSOC<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MARSOC> teams.
Improved communications equipment installed during the upgrade allows the

Also of note is the operational timeline between the Parche and the Florida
- Parche was struck July 2005 while Florida was in-port for a refit
conversion to SSGN. The Ohio, Michigan and Georgia have also been
converted to SSGN and assumed to have the same set of operational
capabilities. Not entirely sure where you're getting the information that
there are 5 of these SSGNs - and I surely don't think that all of them
would be deployed to the Syrian theater of operations at the same time.
