Not at all. We've received over 50,000 pages through FOIA. Some still arriving after 12 years from first requested, others arrive in less than ten days. Takes patience and persistence, but good stuff always does. Most often its the breaking news that's useless and easily ignored. Do not presume such prejudice against vagueness applies here.
