Notice no reference to metadata...or to collection of all data en masse by GCHQ and sharing with security services and law enforcement.

Perhaps there shouldn't be lawyer/client confidentiality...or should it not cover terrorism, serious crime, fraud and sexual crimes?

If discussions between lawyers and their clients are not to be subject to legal privelege, then should the discussions between law enforcement, the Director of Public Prosecutions also be open to the public scrutiny. After all, we are all equal under the eyes of the law in a democratic society...
