Not that anyone will take much notice... Snake oil...like pyramid
schemes the initial investors will and have made lots of money...if they
are lucky. Like boilerhouse scams, the price is artificially upped, the
central accounting system collapses, it gets hacked, your wallet
disappears and the Securities and Equities Commission hasn't registered
it as a security, the Inland Revenue and the Fraud squad want to know
about any undeclared capital gains. The FBI and the CIA find out who
you are, and what you have been up to, if and when you get big enough.
There are absolutely no guarantees with it whatsoever. One of the great
benefits of the internet is the ingenuousness of the scam creators. One
has to be so careful...
On another day, I will tell you about a lovely scam I got caught out
in. It's not very often that this happens, but they get more
sophisticated all the time, and I am just as gullible as anyone else, if
not more so. A big Chinese company, which I thought was based in the
UK. Eglobalcentral UK. Be very careful getting something cheap can
often be more expensive than you think...and Christmas is coming...:-)
