IMHO all question you are raising are perfectly legitimate questions. Why on
earth should we trust anything “just because the government says so” . In
addition to which, how can we be so sure that other ”friendly countries” who
are party to the information, which I would presume is covered by the official
secrets act, would not pass the information on to their respective citizenry.
Or maybe our wonderful caring democratic government is giving each country
different versions of the story to sow confusion.
I could be mistaken but regarding the chemical weapons attack, presumably
carried out by the Assad regime, something was said along the lines that
inspectors where sent in and swiftly pulled out. If that is the case I
question what is the motive?
Somewhat interesting is that the MSM are quick to challenge any opinion that
does not concur with the government line on this matter, even when quite
reasoned arguments are put forward that would appear to negate the narrative.

I am still awaiting evidence of who was responsible for the chemical
attack on the Skiprals, what nerve gas it was, where it was made, how
long ago it was made and who delivered it and how it was delivered.
Apparently, such information is all classified as top secret by the UK
government, and, whilst such information has been made available to
other friendly nations of the UK, and a few people in our government;
the evidence has not been made available to me, who happens to be a UK
citizen. Now, why is it that I, as a citizen can't get such
information, but non-citizens can. Is this what a peoples' democracy is
all about? How can I possibly give my support to something for which I
haven't seen any proof apart from hearsay and innuendo, and downright
making up of fairy stories?
I am also still awaiting for proof of a chemical attack which
occurred in Syria, whilst I was on holiday last week. I understand
that the OPCW is supposed to be having an inspection on the ground in
Syria, where the alleged attack took place, and was due to arrive last
Saturday.. However, before that, all of a sudden the UK, the US and Mr.
Macron, the President of France decided to throw some missiles at
alleged Syrian chemical storage, manufacturing and distribution
facilities, as a message for using chemical weapons, such as Sarin and
Chlorine. They are all saying that they have irrefutable proof that the
chemical attack took place and that it was done by the Syrian
government. Yet, I haven't seen any evidence. I have seen lots of
fake news, I have seen terrible videos on YouTube. I have seen pictures
of white dots in the dark night sky...UFO's...which all landed perfectly
apparently, blew up and damaged property, but didn't kill anyone...105
of them seemingly, of which 73 were shot down before they landed, yet
one facility had 73 of them land on some buildings, a research
establishment in Damascus, apparently, which tests childrens toys
amongst other things. I have seen videos of children who have allegedly
been gassed, but no evidence as regarding timing or sources. I have
seen the White Helmets, a UK inspired, created by a Mr Le Mesurier, a UK
military intelligence expert and UK/US funded voluntary organisation in
Syria win an Academy Award, on how to manufacture good quality videos,
hardly a reliable source in my view...
Is it something wrong with me,with my perceptions...am I being dogmatic,
am I setting too high a standard, am I mad, am I the only one in this
world...apart from the Leader of the UK Labour Party who would like to
see some incontrovertible evidential proof of these alleged occurrences,
particularly before my country decides to ally itself with a known liar,
creates a new Cold War with a non-Soviet Russia as the main enemy and
puts the US international interests before the interests of its own
people, or the decision-making process of its own parliament. It is
not as if there needed to be a rush to judgement, because we in the UK
were under immediate threat of attack, as the UK government suggests.
Would it be better to disband the UN Security Council altogether...no
one seems to be using it to resolve problems, but only for not resolving
them and taking matters into their own hands.
I await the report of the OPCW with interest...but I don't suppose it
will really matter. The fake news machine is peddling and has peddled
such fantasies, false flags, that it is all becoming a fine art, honed
by the intelligence services. It is interesting to note, that over 40%
of the people of the UK don't believe their own government, and that
over 20% wanted to conduct the missile strategy immediately, with the
rest, not knowing...according to a poll by UKgov last week. That's the
problem with propaganda, most of us learned not to believe our
government, or any government for that matter, after the intelligence
fraud in the Iraq war....
Just a few thoughts on the current situation...
