Bill Maher, for better or worse is a comedic professional. That
allows some leeway in expression especially shock and awe.
Some leeway, sure, but it's still on him to remember that the racism

If you're sure (and right) then whatever it is doesn't need either an

I do not consider his remark to be racist or bigoted , nor evidence
of him being a ''bigoted racist''.
He did what comedians do frequently and without rancour and that is
cultural appropriation of actions and speech to make a counterpoint
that might not otherwise be available to him as a caucasian member
of the secular patriarchy - so called.
Right and it can be done by Whitey McWhite-White if it's done well,
but that wasn't anywhere near doing it well.
