Interesting article...you can't really prevent your ISP from looking and holding all of your stuff, and passing it on for various reasons. A VPN might help, but you could end up with the same problem. Use TOR? Slows up your connection and you get put on the state security list. Is it all worth bothering about? The genie is well and truly out of the bottle, and just like the jungle, you are the mercy of all sorts of predators...even when you know what you are doing...Krebs on VPN's might be worth looking at...one might learn a bit, if nuffink else.
