Under proposals and recommendations in the above report, US citizens
will have the same protections as everyone else in the world from NSA
surveillance...zilch. This is due to the language of protection and
safeguards in the bill, which takes away rather than adds to individual
rights not to be surveilled... Absolutely amazing, that these guys
can't see that they are throwing out the baby with the bathwater. In an
Orwellian twist of language, safeguards, oversight and limitations are
actually the removal of checks and balances.
