According to the New York Times, the only difference between the Iranian
Nuclear Power Research Programme and the Iranian one, is that the
Iranian one has at least been declared. Of course, until the USA led by
the Blimp, pulled out of the international agreement regarding Iran's
nuclear facilities, the Iranian programme was under the control of the
International Inspection team. It is interesting to note that the
Israeli nuclear programme has never been admitted to by the Israeli
government...on the grounds of national security. In other words, it is
a big secret...except it isn't...you can even see it on Google
Satellite, and every one else talks about it...except Israel. Perhaps
if Israel were to admit to its nuclear programme and allow international
inspections, this would be a big step to improving Israel and the rest
of the Middle East's security situation, and help build trust between
nation states, and allow for real anti-proliferation of nuclear weapons,
and even disarmament to take place. Why the US is blocking such moves
at the UN Security Council, when it has signed the Anti-Nuclear
Proliferation Treaty, goodness knows. Iran, after all doesn't need
nuclear power, as it already has plenty of oil which it is being
prevented from selling to European States as well as others under US
influence; so putting up the cost of petrol in the UK, because of US
sanctions.
The US isn't being hit by those sanctions it has imposed on both Russia
and Iran, its petrol is really cheap, but we in the UK and in Europe are
being hit, with over 20% increases in petrol prices at the pumps in the
last year or so. That's another reason why there is such bad feelings
towards the USA from amongst many of the European States, which most of
the time are US allies. Condemning Germany for not boycotting Russian
oil products, and condemning the financing and building of an oil pipe
line to Europe, across the Baltic, so as to assure continuity,
availability and stability in the oil prices, and avoiding the conflict
between the USA and Russia over the Ukraine, which cannot afford to pay
the Russians for the oil it extracts from the pipeline which runs
through the Ukraine, is a sound, economic and political move for the
German nation state to make, in my opinion, and it benefits the rest of
Europe too. I am all for putting America First, as the Blimp wants to
do, as long as he doesn't mind us putting the UK first, or the other
nation states doing the same. After all, what is good for the goose is
good for the gander...:-)
