Interesting story on Chinese expansion. Democracies like the USA or in
Europe don't do that sort of thing of course, they negotiate deals above
board and with transparency. The same situation nearly happened in
Greece with the new, so called left government there, but eventually,
the Greek government succumbed to the EU barons, Angela Merkel and the
German Banks, and agreed to limitless penury in paying back borrowed
money via the EU without the money ever touching Greece.
