Little doubt that , if the waters get rough on that issue our wonderful
government will play dirty as usual in an attempt to derail the
challenge. the fact that one is labour the other is conservative seems
to suggest that the challenge is not purely politically motivated
It will be interesting to see how the case develops over time.
