CIA's Open Source does same: <https://www.opensource.gov/public/content/login/login.fcc>https://www.opensource.gov/public/content/login/login.fcc

Formerly called Foreign Broadcast Information Service, changed name to harvest
Internet unfenced crop. It too was available to public before 9/11, the day that
assured endless war and maximum secretkeeping -- and fortuitously stimulated
the rise of unauthorized disclosures by the unenclosed Internet. Be confident
the unenclosure is amply monitored for asymmetrical goodies quickly
classified after theft by mercenary lurkers, bandits, free lancers, scholars,
why who would not capitalize on the deftly branded Freedom of Information
Act enacted to do the opposite.
