Yes, this will be satisfactory for personal communications. If that is what is meant by "killer safety," then fine. Better to use several programs rather than just one and avoid the most popular and most highly recommended due to likelihood they will most likely be broken or deliberately weakened due to those characteristics. I mean don't get too dependent upon, for example, PGP or Tor without means to supplement them with less well known capabilities, some developed out of sight and certainly not yet commercialized. Sad to say that popularity and commercialization are not reliable guides to effectiveness. Not that that is restricted to comsec. Homebrew beats labeled vintage from faith to afterlife.
