Basically all the older arcade titles had between 4 and 5f of inherent
lag. SFIV had about 5f.

The whole SFV vs Input Lag story is blowing up at the moment, with Mike_Z
of Skullgirls popping up a lot.
Basically, a lot of moves in SFV seemed to have been designed with input
lag in mind, but not all of them.
So with 9f of input lag, it becomes impossible to block something like
Ryu's tatsu on reaction, which is actually quite ridiculous...
