I do agree that there are some moves that is harder to punish. But i think
other changes in TTT2 is a bigger issue like how sidestepping and
sidewalking improved drastically. Tagging system is still new + having some
characters that can tag in safely in raw tag. And other character's
movelist. Like if i play Zafina...i'm getting away with mid high non
jailing moves, punishable moves that looks like it's not (especially if
they have guard stun. Guard stun doesn't = safe...) So it's not too hard to
learn these stuff.

But i think the main issue would be character unfamiliarity. Having to play
tag. You're more likely to be exposed to more characters. Instead of
Bobfest BR. And the only way to learn this is to play the game A LOT or do
what i do which is go through frame data and movelist. Learn movelist by
heart for every character. Learn the main moves you need to punish
(especially the ones your opponent will always use). Also learn you're own
command list by heart. How safe or unsafe is each of your move. eg. df+1 on
block is -3 = you can sidestep but if you try to attack...you're most
likely to lose unless your opponent don't do a 400frame move. df+1 on hit
+5 = your next attack that isn't 400frames will win. But do you want to do
a low chip dmg or another mid poke mix up or go a bit more risky for a
bigger move. But bigger move will lose to faster moves your opponent throw
out. etc. The game gets deep.
