Wow, they must have changed since 2006 then.
My psp was about a year old. They kept it for 3 months and sent it back telling 
me about the cost and then stating it needs to be sent back again.
Think I just have bad luck with these things.

Fuck Partserve.
I cracked my first PSP's screen and they wanted R3000 to fix it. That was about 
the price of new slim psp and 2 games at the time.

My work collegue has a point.
If something goes wrong, I can walk into Dion Wired and get it sorted.
It may not be that easy with Kalahari.
