Don’t worry too much about them because you can always reset them.
Go with res-all before +% life.
Your movement speed (total, including equip) should be +25%. I get 12% from
Inna Pants, 12% from Lacuni and 1% from paragon levels.
Go with attack speed.
Depending on your build, some other things change – like whether you want
splash damage.
The Barb has been nerfed massively, especially in comparison to the Monk. Don’t
expect your Barb to be unkillable anymore. Also don’t
expect any perma-builds.

Oh wait, are you talking about a WW Barb? I thought you meant the twirly Monk
thing.
Viable WW builds now? Uh, not really there. Well, you can get them, but you
need to be properly equipped.
Previously you used Battle Rage > Into the Fray so that crit hits generated
fury. Then WoTB > Thrive on Chaos allowed you to add time to WoTB for fury
generated.
As long as you had crit chance of around 40% unbuffed, your passives and skills
could push this past 80%. That meant you’d never run out of fury as long as
you hit enough people fast enough.
HoTA – crit chance higher if you’ve got full fury – meant that my crit chance
was around 95% for HoTA.
For WW barb, you added the WW rune that lets you attack at your movement speed.
Then you add Sprint with the Tornados. They proc’d enough to generate your
non-stop
fury. WW dealt the damage to kill. Throw in Rend to make you Immortal and
you’re good to go.
A proper working WW barb would set you back only around 50m.
TL:DR - these builds no longer work – you can’t generate fury from crit hits.

Superstition is a great passive now for fury generation. Against elemental
elites, you will never run out of fury. You can perma-HoTA them. As long as your
fury spent to life is high enough, you can live doing this.

That’s the sort of thing you should go for if you want a WW build these days.
Also, the Barbarian is not a ballerina. Stop using WW.
Also, your BB is level 26 or some crap. Come back when you’re max level and
we’ll talk again. There are no builds for low level Barbs. Get level reduced
gear
and shove gems in there.

You physically go to SARS? You do know that you can do your tax online, right?
Also your company should send the IRP5s straight to SARS to pre-populate the
tax fields. Takes me about 5 minutes to do my tax every year.

You're overcomplicating it and looking at it in the wrong way. Remember,
Infiltration was just reacting to Sanford Kelly. He was just remembered the
situation from before and progressively
punished harder after getting hit by it once. There wasn't a big tactical
aspect behind it. He just adapted to what Sanford was doing. There's no luck
involved either. Given the number of options players have at that range, it's
extremely hard to perform
a counter on reaction. You have to place that counter higher in your memory
bank. Remember how we played once and you hit me with a focus attack, and then
afterwards I kept punishing it with an Ultra? Same thing. The difference is
that the way Infiltration
handled it there was no easy way for him to get baited into punishing
incorrectly.

I just use a "penalty shootout" mentality to deal with mixups. If I always go
left as goalie, whether you know it or not, eventually you will shoot left, at
least once, even if you KNOW shooting
right seems to be the best option. Its called probability matching, and its
