It depends what the reversal is used for. Any special/super/ultra can be a
reversal. If it's meant as a get-off-me move, then it's probably Dan. He
has a mashable DP that he can make safe by dashing backwards. As an
anti-air, it's definitely Hakan with Ultra II.
