Age verification could be a big deal tho.
Suddenly having your rated Teen or "kid" friendly Starwars game run with 18-21
age rating could affect sales. (Overwatch as well)
Dont mind cosmetic stuff tho.
They will just find an equally dodgy way to make money if they are forced away
from lootboxes anyway.

I’d have posted the article link here, but it’s a gaming site, so can’t check

Can’t say I’m too unhappy about this idea. Paying for lootboxes is rubbish.
Granted it will most likely only mean age verification in Europe if it goes
through.

replicated and confirmed). This also raises other questions about whether or
