Yeap, sorry.  That won't work.
Did you see someone doing it?  Normally hitting someone in the air with a
normal means he resets.
If you are doing it in a corner after the wall bound, you have to nail the
jump A as he hits the wall.  then he will re-stand, making the fireball
continue the combo.

Have you tried Geese’s combos? I’m having issues with the jump A into air
fireball after the wall bounce.

I don’t need it, since he seems to do more than enough damage with really
simple combos, but it would be nice to get right.

If I’ve got the opponent in the corner and bounce them out of it, I get
the air A right, but the air EX fireball doesn’t combo. Works nicely as a
reset on the opponent, but that wasn’t what I was going for.

I called Geese since Fatal Fury.  GTFO

lol

I have Billy.  Still deciding on characters, Luong looks to be next.
Honestly, I have fun with everyone.

Took Zarina through her paces on Sunday.  She's amazing.  She has a 3poke
hit-confirm.  2 poke from jump-in.

So far I am maining Terry, Kula, Ryo and Geese, so these characters have
dibs on them. It’s a pity that other people might want to play them (and
more specifically play them better than me), but those are the breaks.

Lol, establishing one's characters in the early part of the game is
important. It's part of the unwritten code of conduct in fighting game
etiquette to not play with other player's characters.

As an example, it would be be frowned upon for you to play as Lei  in
Tekken as the said character has already been associated with Paas.

Examples of other forms of etiquette include things like not spamming
projectiles for extended periods of time.
