ye I was super surprised as well when I saw it.
in 14 you have more meter to do what you want. in 13 it was kinda more
complicated having to calculate optimal combos using 2 gauges.

I thought you could only qcf+A+C.

There is something about KOF14 that makes me want to play it the whole time. I
have boiled it down to this.
Options.
In KOF14, your combos can be so varied compared to the other games.
In 13 I often find myself doing the same old stuff, but in 14 it seems there
are better options for where you are on the stage, perhaps this was in 13, but
I never felt it to this extent.
