KOF13 allowed enhanced specials for use of 1 meter stock. It also
allowed cancelation of specials into other specials. KOF14 does not have

You can cancel any normal/command normal into this mode, I get to do 2

similar to a wallsplat.
The splatted opponent can be combo-ed as if he is standing if you get
near him early, and juggled if you get to him after the crumple animation.
4) Rush combo
This isn't just a mechanic for noobs.
There are attacks in the combo that have dufferent properties and
animations to other attacks.
