I know they sell manga volumes at Exclusive books. you might find some at
reader's den as well.
That's if you really want them in paper form.
or you could go to http://www.onemanga.me/ or a bunch of other sites and
read online.

Initial D is my jam dawg. I think the anime might be better, because of the
awesome music.
