He apparently has a few frames of invincibility as he's getting up during
the dizzy animation. It is kinda weird.
On a non bug-related note, Hugo is a lot of fun to play. I can definitely
see him struggling against a lot of characters, but his footsie game is
actually quite effective. He might be the first grappler in SF4 that I
actually feel like playing.
